Nickel Metal Hybrid (NiMH) Batteries

Most battery manufacturers keep stocks of refurbished batteries. These batteries originally had some snags and were returned, but since then they have been retested and repaired. They are now almost nearly new, but because of the refurbished tag, they are sold at a much better price.

If you have a battery in your laptop already and you are quite happy with it, you can still think of refurbished notebook computers batteries as an add-on.
